Article Calls on Senators Dorgan and Conrad to Oppose Employee Free Choice Act

In the Fargo-Moorhead Forum, Dave MacIver of Bismarck writes “Workers’rights threatened by Employee Free Choice Act.” He addresses the primary concerns about the Employee Free Choice Act and concludes: “EFCA is flawed, but Sens. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., and Kent Conrad, D-N.D., support this bill. Contact them and let them know that EFCA isn’t right for North Dakota or for this country.”

Indeed.

UPDATE: a reader is quick to point out: “Mr. MacIver is wrong. Neither Dorgan nor Conrad sponsored EFCA & neither have spoken publicly in support of EFCA. Who knows?”
