Employee Free Choice Act: Tidbits and Bits of Tid

Lots of minor noises coming out of the world of the Employee Free Choice Act. There’s plenty of sound, tons of fury, and it signifies next to nothing. But a couple things to keep in the back of one’s mind:

Sen. Harkin downplays likelihood of quick EFCA passage and says “We’re not doing anything right now.”
Pro-Union Legislation Still Anti-Business, Sen. DeMint Says, Signaling GOP Fight
SEIU attacks wrong group, then gets the group right but the issue wrong.
